Drug & Substance Policy

High Life maintains a strict drug-free workplace policy. Understanding these rules protects your employment and ensures a safe environment for everyone.

Prohibited Substances at Work:

• CBD, Delta, THC, and Kratom products are NOT allowed to be used at work - even though we sell them
• Alcohol consumption during work hours is strictly prohibited
• Being under the influence of any substance during your shift is grounds for termination

Why This Matters:

You represent the company to every customer. Being impaired affects your judgment, customer service quality, and creates liability issues. Even "just a little" is too much.

Nicotine & Tobacco Policy:

• You must be 21+ to use any nicotine/tobacco products
• Smoke breaks are limited and must be approved by management
• Never smoke in view of customers or near the store entrance

Testing:

High Life reserves the right to conduct drug testing at any time. Refusal to submit to testing is treated the same as a positive result.
