Reports to Store Manager$20.00 / hour
The Shift Lead is the go-to person on the floor during their shift. You are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining expert-level product knowledge, supporting smooth store operations, and personally contributing to the store's sales goals. When a manager is not present, you are the leader.
